Infosys has launched Finacle Direct Banking Solution, which supports the full fledged branchless delivery of a range of assets and liabilities solutions through the internet, mobile or call centre channels. Complete operational partnership has also been offered along with the solution, which includes consultation, implementation and BPO.
Two global banks have already chosen Finacle Direct Banking Solution. It presents banks with an entry strategy for business expansion and network expansions in existing markets. It is an engine for demand generation through online sales enablers to drive customer acquisition and extend the branchless banks reach. Haragopal M, Global Head, Finacle, Infosys said, "Finacle Direct Banking Solutions aims to address the growing demand amongst banks for rapid customer acquisition and business expansion at minimal incremental costs."
The solution comes with complete pre-configured parameters and supports multi-lingual call-centre operations, helping banks to implement a direct banking offering in a short span of time. Consequently, banks will have STP capabilities, security features and framework for further integration with specialized security software.
