Three-year IT infrastructure outsourcing agreement includes end user services, workstation environment maintenance and management, and server management
Logica, a leading IT and business services company and Finnair, Finland's largest airline announced a contract for a three-year IT infrastructure services outsourcing agreement, covering end user services, workstation environment maintenance and management, and server management.
This extensive agreement covers Finnair's entire staff of 9,500 employees. Logica will provide the staff with workstation support, workstation lifecycle, server management, mobile terminal support and remote work services.
