Orange Launches £99 Android Smartphone – ‘San Francisco’

Orange has announced a self-branded sub-£100 Android smartphone – ‘Orange San Francisco’. According to the telecom operator, it is the first in series of affordable Android phones, company is planning.

Orange San Francisco will be available across UK from this week for available for £99 on Orange pay as you go.

Talking about the specifications, it comes with Android 2.1, 3MP camera, built in FM radio, GPS, 2GB microSD card with in-built memory of 150MB, 3G and Wi-Fi.


It will also be preloaded with Orange Maps. Considering free Google Maps Navigation support, it seems strange.
