A 28-year-old Indian man has been stabbed to death in Rushworth in Australia.
The victim, Lakhvindar Singh, migrated to Australia in 2007 and was working as a helper in a farm near Melbourne.
His family in Punjab doesn't understand what really happened.
"We got a call and they told us that he died in his room. A man came from outside and when he opened his room door somebody hit him with a knife on his neck," said Lakhvinder's brother, Kulvinder Singh.
"We just want that the murderer should be punished and the dead body should reach us as soon as possible," said Lakhvinder's grandfather, Balbir Singh.
The Australian Police have arrested 37-year-old Thy Sok and charged him with Lakhwinder's murder.
But they still can't establish a motive.
Sok is still being questioned.
Lakhwinder is among the many Indians killed in Australia in the past one year. Though some of the killings were for robbery, in some cases the motive is believed to be racial.
