Tieto Delivers CRM Solution to Regional Forestry Centres in Finland

Solution to include CRM software, integration, training services, system maintenance and user support

 

Tieto will deliver a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to 13 regional Forestry Centres in Finland as a comprehensive service. This solution is part of an extensive project where Forestry Centres develop products and services for digital business serving forest owners and forest professionals.

 

The delivery includes CRM software, integration to other systems and training services, followed by system maintenance and user support. The solution will be developed in co-ordination with Tieto, Forestry Development Centre Tapio and regional Forestry Centres.
