Tech Mahindra has formed groups of executives to talk to Satyam's customers directly about latest developments
Tech Mahindra, the new owner of Satyam Computer Services, has initiated moves to win the confidence of the clients of the latter.
It has formed groups of executives who would fly to different geographies starting next week to talk to Satyam's customers, who are high in number, directly about the latest developments.
The Chief Executive Officer of Tech Mahindra, Vineet Nayyar, has already begun the exercise of talking to clients directly and re-assuring them about Tech Mahindra's intentions, according to sources.
After the revelations by the founder Chairman of Satyam, B. Ramalinga Raju, of the Rs 7,136-crore financial fraud on January 7, Satyam has seen the exit of more than a handful of key customers such as Coca-Cola, Cisco and State Farm.
