Infosys, Oracle implement solution for U.S. Co

Infosys Technologies and Oracle implemented a global human capital management system for Weatherford International

 

Infosys Technologies and Oracle have implemented a global human capital management (HCM) system for Weatherford International of the U.S., a company that provides services to oil and gas industry.

 

The system, based on Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise, aims at "effectively transforming HCM operations". It also "reduces administration costs while enabling it to accelerate business decisions," according to an Infosys release.
