CSC to provide mainframe processing and application support to Xerox's North American business
Tuesday, Computer Sciences Corp. a provider of technology-enabled solutions and services said it has signed an information technology outsourcing agreement with Xerox Corp. (XRX) The contract, which has a seven-year base period, is valued in excess of $100 million.
As per the agreement, CSC would provide mainframe processing and application support to Xerox's North American business. CSC's global outsourcing services at various locations would perform work across the globe utilizing the company's World Sourcing delivery centers.
