26 Steps to get 15,000 visitors a day

Just now I visited one site http://www.flamintiki.com where the author is explaining very goog tips how to optimise your blog or site.. What are the mistakes generally everyone do while building the blog... Just me too did same thing..

I have put lot flash contents on my blog whcih will decrease the speed of loading the page... And unnecessary affliate ads.. I have put that ads for the past 6 months, till now I didnt get gain except losing valuable visitors to my site.. Just I am going to remove all those mess from my blog...
